Root2Rise CIC is a Derby-based collaborative hub supporting charities, community groups, CICs and not-for-profit organisations across Derbyshire.

Our mission is to strengthen organisations that support people facing barriers by providing the infrastructure, space and collaboration needed to grow their impact.

Based in Derby city centre, our facility provides fully equipped delivery space including IT suites, meeting rooms, breakout areas and collaborative workspaces designed to help organisations deliver programmes, training and community support.

We work closely with partners across the public, private and voluntary sectors to identify gaps in provision and develop practical solutions that support communities. Our approach starts with listening — understanding the challenges organisations face and working together to remove barriers.

Root2Rise CIC supports organisations through:

• Access to delivery space and facilities
• Partnership and collaboration opportunities
• Community engagement and consultation
• Support for programme development
• Digital inclusion and skills initiatives
• Networking and knowledge sharing

By bringing organisations together under one roof, Root2Rise aims to strengthen community infrastructure, improve access to support services and help organisations deliver lasting impact across Derbyshire.

If you are a charity, CIC or community organisation looking to collaborate, we welcome the conversation.
