Lincoln Y. has a diverse work experience. In 2018, they founded and became the CEO of RABC Group, a financial institution that partners with banks and non-bank financial institutions to offer better working capital solutions for enterprises, particularly SMEs. The company is headquartered in Singapore with subsidiaries in China, Japan and Indonesia. In 2019, Lincoln became an Adjunct Lecturer at Nanyang Technological University. In 2021, they were recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 2021 Asia Honoree in Finance. Finally, in 2022, they were named a Gen.T 2022 honouree.

Lincoln Y. has completed the Stanford-NUS Executive Programme from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, NUS Business School, Stanford University, and National University of Singapore. Lincoln also holds a degree from the Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) from the University of Cambridge in Sustainable Finance. Additionally, they have completed courses from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy Executive Education. Lincoln is also in the process of obtaining two certifications from IBFSG - The Institute of Banking & Finance Singapore, CMFAS Module 6 and CMFAS Module 3, which they are expected to obtain in September 2022 and July 2022 respectively.
