Piyush Kumar

Piyush Kumar is the Founder and CEO of Rooter.gg, India's largest game streaming and esports content platform, established in September 2016, which focuses on fostering the creator economy and has garnered a community of over 450 million gaming enthusiasts. Prior to this, Piyush Kumar served as the Marketing Manager for Rado at Swatch Group from December 2011 to September 2016, overseeing brand communication and retail branding, and held the role of Senior Brand Manager at Dish TV from September 2009 to December 2011, where responsibilities included brand communication and digital advertising. In earlier roles, Piyush Kumar was a Group Manager in Client Servicing at FCB Ulka working with major brands, and also contributed to project management at Ideastreamz and RMG David. Piyush Kumar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications from Delhi University, earned between 1998 and 2001.
