Rootham Gourmet Preserves is a family owned and operated manufacturing company. We are as local as it gets. Using local ingredients, produced by Ontario growers, we create small-batch, hand-crafted preserves, sauces, dips and dressings -- including our signature Tangy Red Pepper Jelly.

Founder Marilyn Rootham launched her food business as a way to preserve the bountiful harvest from her family's garden. She soon started selling her jams and preserves at farmers' markets. In 2010, her son Will Rootham-Roberts joined the company, and now runs the thriving, business based in Puslinch, Ontario. 

While the company's product line has expanded over the past 35 years, the commitment to craft food production -- local, small batch and all natural -- remains unchanged.
