Upendra Balla is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in animation and 3D asset management. Currently serving as Senior Creative Manager at Roothoot Private Limited since May 2025, Upendra previously held positions including 3D Manager at Avataar from January 2021 to April 2025, where key achievements included optimizing workflow and enhancing approval rates. As Animation Lead for Platform Delivery, responsibilities included managing a 40-member team and improving animation pipelines. Previous roles also include Lead Animator at LuciXR and Plastic Water Labs, where Upendra specialized in mobile application development and immersive AR/VR animation workflows.
