Mabel C. has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2008 as a Program Coordinator at the Community Association of Progressive Dominicans. In 2010, they began volunteering as an Interpreter at the Columbia University Department of Psychiatry and New York State Psychiatric Institute. In 2011, they took on a role as a Research Associate at NYU Langone Medical Center. From 2012-2018 they worked as a Program Coordinator at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, and as a Collective Member at Word Up Community Bookshop, Libreria Comunitaria.
