Mollie Chen

Mollie Chen is a founder, brand builder, startup advisor, and investor, known for cofounding Birchbox and developing its brand from inception. Currently, Mollie serves as an advisor at Mitzi and Rootless, while also holding the role of Chief Marketing Officer at Oula and Operating Partner at Acora Partners. With a background in consulting for numerous startups and a portfolio as an angel investor at Cleo Capital, Mollie is passionate about supporting underrepresented founders. Additionally, they have extensive experience in brand strategy and customer experience, having previously held leadership positions at Hungryroot and Coterie. Mollie graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. in Social Studies.
