Ferdi van der Werf

Ferdi van der Werf is an experienced Linux (DevOps) engineer currently employed at Rootnet since July 2019. As the founder of /Dev, established in September 2011, Ferdi focuses on software engineering and hardware prototyping, particularly in electronics design and model building. Prior to Rootnet, Ferdi served as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Savvii Hosting from June 2013 to July 2019, and held various roles at Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen, including as a student assistant and a scientific developer/programmer. Additional experience includes a web designer/developer position at FraJa WeB and programming roles at DAR and EntiQ B.V. Ferdi holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Radboud University and completed VWO at Dominicus College.
