Ranjith Raja R

Ranjith Raja R has been working in the IT industry since 2012. Ranjith Raja began their career as a Freelance Software Engineer. In 2015, they joined IBM India Private Limited as a Test Specialist. During their tenure at IBM, they worked as an Application Lead for Group Insurance applications, delivering 10 quarterly BAU releases and 2 Program level projects. In 2017, they moved to Digiryte as a Presales Analyst and Business Analyst. Here, they were a core team member for sales conversion of prospective leads/clients from various sources. Ranjith Raja also performed market and competitor analysis of similar products and requirement elicitation and defining the initial scope based on client's business requirements. In 2019, they joined RootQuotient as a Delivery Lead and Business Consultant. In this role, they were involved in end-to-end support for project dependencies from internal, external & client teams, and handled escalations within the project implementation with a team of project managers. Ranjith Raja also developed strategic business partners with multiple other organisations & client companies.

Ranjith Raja R completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Science from College of Engineering, Guindy between 2011 and 2015. In 2019, they obtained four additional certifications: Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Management and Strategy Institute, Project Management Essentials Certified from the Management and Strategy Institute, IBM Blockchain Essentials from IBM, and Principles of Reactive Architecture from IBM.
