Roots & Resilience is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting mental health and wellness through accessible, strengths-based, trauma-informed care. We specialize in healing intergenerational trauma by working with individuals and families in the settings where they feel safest: in their communities, schools, homes, or natural environments.

We recognize that trauma is often systemic and passed down through generations. Our unique whole-family approach supports each person’s healing journey while fostering connection and resilience within the family unit. By meeting people where they are, both emotionally and physically, we make therapy feel natural, personalized, and within reach, especially for those who have historically faced barriers to care.

Through culturally responsive services and innovative therapeutic models, we are reimagining what mental health care can look like, creating lasting change for individuals, families, and the communities they call home.
