Lisa Hoang

Lisa Hoang possesses extensive experience in customer experience and retail operations, having worked at Roots since August 2011 in various roles including Customer Experience Innovation and Deployment Specialist, New Store Opening Operations Lead, Retail Business Manager, and Assistant Store Manager, among others. Prior to this, Lisa held the position of Assistant Store Manager at LIDS Sports Group from November 2010 to August 2011 and worked as an Associate at YM INC. from 2007 to 2010. Lisa completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at York University between 2008 and 2015.
