Meghan C. Roach

Meghan C. Roach, FCPA, FCA, currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Roots Corporation, a prominent outdoor and lifestyle brand, since August 2019, and as a Board Member on its Board of Directors. Concurrently, Meghan holds the position of Interim Chief Executive Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer at the Nature Conservancy of Canada, also serving on the Investment Committee, while being a CEO Member of the Business Council of Canada and Vice Chair on the Board of the Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation. Previous roles include being a Board Member at M&M Food Market, Wellington A & B Limited, and Roots Corporation, along with serving as Managing Director at Searchlight Capital Partners and an Investment Professional at the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. Meghan's educational background includes an MBA with Distinction in Finance and Private Equity from the University of Oxford, a designation as a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours - First Class) from Queen's University.
