Stephanie Smith

Stephanie Smith is an experienced professional in the fashion industry, currently serving as Director of Buying & Merchandising for Men’s Apparel, Footwear, Accessories, and Special Projects at Roots since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a buyer for women’s and men’s footwear and apparel at Foot Locker from November 2016 to November 2021, and as an Assistant Buyer for Premium and Contemporary Denim Collections at Hudson's Bay Company from March 2014 to November 2016. Stephanie has also held positions such as Freelance Visual Stylist and Merchandiser at Holt Renfrew and Buying Coordinator at Agency One - Pop Up 120. Additional roles include National Account Representative at Agency One and Fashion Show Coordinator at Vancouver Fashion Week. Education includes a degree in Merchandising from Blanche Macdonald and Fashion Design from The Art Institute of Vancouver.
