Roots2Rise makes available and provides access to individuals, organizations, locations and populations where yoga and mindfulness is not available. 

We are a PA nonprofit. We are also mobile. We bring the practice to you, to your community, to your organization, with the intention of service.

Roots2Rise believes that ALL can benefit from yoga and mindfulness. We make a commitment to each individual we encounter.
