Anshuman Shrivastava is an experienced engineering leader with a track record of significant contributions in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Leader and Site Lead at Rootstock Software, Anshuman manages the ERP product development across four scrum teams, overseeing a team of over 40 professionals. Previously, as Director of Engineering - Product Development at Kantar Analytics, Anshuman led marketing analytics applications with a yearly revenue impact exceeding $30M and collaborated with the Data Science unit to enhance AI capabilities. Anshuman's tenure at BT as a Lead Consultant involved directing Quote to Order Applications, contributing £4 billion to revenue, and transforming legacy systems into microservices architecture. Anshuman also held lead consultancy positions at Headstrong, focusing on a pivotal trading application, and at Monsanto, contributing as a Senior Software Developer on key projects. Anshuman's educational background includes a BE in Electrical Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology and ongoing postgraduate certification in AI and MLOps from the Indian Institute of Science.
