Ashish Sharma has a wealth of experience in the field of technology and ERP systems. Ashish is currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Services at Rootstock Software, where they oversee the development and implementation of a full cloud ERP solution on the Salesforce platform. Prior to this role, Ashish worked at Carrier, where they held multiple positions including Product Manager and IT Project Manager and Business Analyst. Ashish was responsible for planning and implementing digital solutions for sales, marketing, and finance, as well as leading agile planning and execution cycles. Before joining Carrier, Ashish worked at UTC Fire & Security, where they served as the Operations and Support Leader in the Information Technology department. Ashish gained extensive experience managing teams of business analysts and developers and acted as a liaison between business users and development teams. Ashish also worked at General Electric and Indosoft Inc, where they continued to hone their skills in managing teams and providing ERP consulting services. Ashish started their career at Ernst & Young as an Audit Clerk. Throughout their career, Ashish has demonstrated expertise in ERP systems, project management, and strategic consulting services.

Ashish Sharma has a diverse education history. From 1984 to 1987, they attended the University of Mumbai and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance. Following this, from 1987 to 1990, they studied at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they pursued a CA - Intermediate degree in the field of Finance Accounting and Auditing. In 2016, Ashish furthered their education by attending the Microsoft Virtual Academy to earn a degree in Financials in Microsoft Dynamics SL 2015, specializing in Finance.

In addition to their formal education, Ashish has also acquired certifications. In March 2019, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance, demonstrating their expertise in agile project management. Later, in August 2021, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification, further enhancing their skills in product development and management.
