Pablo Lucini

Pablo Lucini is a highly skilled QA professional with extensive experience in leading and managing quality assurance teams. Currently serving as QA Lead at Rootstrap since January 2020, Pablo is responsible for coaching team members and collaborating with engineering leads to meet departmental objectives. Previously, Pablo held the position of Senior QA Engineer at Rootstrap, focusing on defining QA strategies and leading various mobile and web projects. Pablo's earlier roles include Senior Software Engineer in Test & Scrum Master at Oracle, QA Engineer I at Ascentis, and QA Analyst at GeneXus Consulting, where a strong emphasis was placed on product validation and quality assurance. In addition to industry experience, Pablo served as a professor of Software Engineering I at Universidad ORT Uruguay, providing students with fundamental knowledge in software requirements, testing, and code quality.
