Robert Diprose

Robert Diprose has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Robert started their career as a Satellite Systems Engineer at Defence Evaluation Research Agency in 1999 before moving on to become a Systems Engineer at QinetiQ in 2001. During their time at QinetiQ, they were responsible for providing professional advice on technical capabilities, bid submissions, and product specifications.

In 2010, Robert joined SSH as a Bathroom employee at Wilton Road, and then transitioned to 3P Innovation Limited in 2011 as a Business Development professional. Their tasks at 3P Innovation included website development and branding convergence.

In 2012, Robert took on the role of Consultant for Due Diligence at Spectrum-tec. Robert also became an Executive Director at RootWave (Ubiqutek Ltd) in the same year, where they worked until May 2020. Robert then assumed the position of Chief Research Officer at RootWave (Ubiqutek Ltd).

In addition to their industry roles, Robert was actively involved with the IET (Institution of Engineering and Technology), serving as the West Midlands Area Forum Chairman from 2012 to 2015, and as the Local Network Chairman from 2010 to 2012. In these positions, they ensured the smooth operation of committee affairs, represented local membership at a regional level, and promoted engineering as a sustainable career.

Robert Diprose completed their education in a chronological order. Robert earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering with Medical Electronics from The University of Kent at Canterbury between 1995 and 1998. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Communication Systems Engineering from the same university, which they completed between 1998 and 1999. Lastly, in 2010 and 2011, they attended the University of Birmingham and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration.
