Conrad Azzopardi

Conrad Azzopardi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Conrad started their career at STMicroelectronics as an Operator, where they gained experience in machine operation and manual microchip assembly. Conrad then worked at Waldonet as a Technical Support, assisting clients with internet-based technical issues and managing accounts.

Afterward, Conrad joined Dakar Software as a Software Support Representative, where they helped clients troubleshoot issues with HR software, created reports on demand, and assisted in submitting government reports. Conrad then moved to GFI Software as a Technical Support Representative, providing software QA testing, automation tasks, and defect tracking. Conrad also worked as a Software QA Tester at GFI Software, manually testing software and writing automation testing code, while following Agile testing methods.

Conrad's next role was at Betsson Group, where they held multiple positions. Initially, they served as a QA Engineer, manually testing multiple casino brands and flagging any bugs, working in both Agile Scrum and Agile Kanban methodologies. Conrad then became a Senior QA Engineer, setting up test cases and test roadmaps, managing the Scrum process as a Scrum Master, and prioritizing blockers. Finally, Conrad worked as a Scrum Master, helping the team transition from Project Kanban to incremental Scrum, coordinating releases, and ensuring proper task information.

After Betsson Group, Conrad joined Shireburn Software as a Scrum Master. Conrad established the Scrum environment, mentored teams and departments, and filled the Product Owner role when necessary.

Recently, Conrad joined CasinoGrounds.com as a Quality Assurance Engineer, responsible for performing quality assurance tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of the QA process.

Conrad's most recent position is as a Technical Quality Assurance Engineer at Rootz LTD, where they are currently employed.

Conrad Azzopardi attended MCAST Information and Communication Technology from 2007 to 2008 but did not earn a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in January 2017. Conrad also completed courses titled "Shaping up with Angular.js" at Code School, although the dates of completion are not specified.
