Babu Panduga

Babu Panduga has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Babu started their career at Parker Hannifin in 2002 as a Project/Design Engineer. Babu then worked as a Product Engineer and Strategic Commodity Manager. In 2008, they joined Crane Co. and held positions such as Supply Chain Manager, Global Commodity Manager, and Operations Excellence Manager. In 2013, Babu moved to SharkNinja as a Director of Global Manufacturing and Quality. Babu then joined Roper Technologies, Inc. in 2014 and held roles as Director of Global Operations and Supply Chain, and later as Sales Director and General Manager.

Babu Panduga holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MSME) from Tennessee Technological University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business from East Tennessee State University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. Babu has also obtained various certifications, including "Playing to Win - Strategy Development-Executive Program" from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management in 2021, "Executive Education - Aligning Sales and Strategy" from Harvard Business School in 2018, and certifications in "Breakthrough Leader® Programs," "Customer Outcome Selling," and "Lean Tools/Techniques" from different institutions.
