David Potter

David Potter is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in labor and employment law. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at Roper Technologies, Inc. since September 2018, David has previously held the title of Counsel at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC and was a Shareholder at Fowler White Boggs. Early in the career, David spent time at Ropes & Gray LLP as an Associate in both the Litigation and Labor & Employment Departments. Legal training includes serving as a Law Clerk for the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. David holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. in Communication Arts from Hofstra University.
