Eli Frame

Eli Frame currently serves as Senior Tax Counsel at Roper Technologies, Inc. since July 2020. Prior to this role, Eli held multiple positions at Hertz, including Senior Director of Tax Research & Planning and Director of Tax Research & Planning, focusing on domestic and international tax planning and transfer pricing. Eli's experience includes serving as an Attorney in Tax Controversy at Cardinal Health, where responsibilities involved federal audits and mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in the career, Eli worked as an Associate Attorney at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP. Eli earned a Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia.
