Catherine King is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, expected to graduate in 2026. Catherine has diverse experience within the legal and educational sectors, including roles as a Judicial Extern at the U.S. District Courts, a Summer Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP, and a Legal Intern with Legal Aid Chicago in the Children and Families Practice Group. Past roles include serving as a Teaching Assistant for Torts under Professor Ezra Friedman and at the Olin Business School for Managerial Statistics I, along with positions at City Year as an Americorps Member/Student Success Coach and Team Leader. Catherine contributed to the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology as a Comments Editor and has research experience with the Cognitive Control & Psychopathology Lab at Washington University in St. Louis, where a Bachelor's degree in Psychological & Brain Sciences was obtained in 2020, alongside a minor in Marketing.
