Keith Higgins

Keith Higgins is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and governance. Currently serving as the Director at Upstream USA since March 2022, Higgins previously held significant roles at Ropes & Gray LLP, including Retired Partner and Chair of the Securities and Governance Practice. From June 2013 to January 2017, Higgins was the Director of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Higgins began a long tenure at Ropes & Gray LLP in 1983, becoming a Partner before retiring in 2013. Educational qualifications include a JD, summa cum laude, from Boston University School of Law, an M.A. in History from the University of Virginia, and a BA in History from Florida State University.
