Mark Popofsky

Mark S. Popofsky is a prominent figure in the field of antitrust law, currently serving as the Chair of the Antitrust Practice Group at Ropes & Gray LLP since August 2009. With extensive experience in high-profile cases, including the Microsoft and Google antitrust trials, Popofsky also contributes to academia as a Lecturer of Advanced Antitrust Law at Harvard Law School and the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, while holding an adjunct professor position at Georgetown University Law Center. Previously, Popofsky has led the Technology and Competition Group at Kaye Scholer LLP, worked as Senior Counsel at the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division, and served as a law clerk for Judge Dorothy W. Nelson at the U.S. Court of Appeals. Popofsky earned a JD from Harvard Law School and an AB in History and Economics from Brown University.
