Michael Lee

Michael Lee is a Partner at Ropes & Gray LLP, where since January 2001, the practice has centered on leveraged buy-outs, growth capital investments, and various private equity transactions. Michael possesses extensive experience in representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies across large cap and middle market financing deals, including high yield bond issuances and syndicated credit facilities. Prior to this role, Michael worked as an Associate in the Capital Markets - Derivatives group at Allen & Overy from September 1999 to January 2001. Academic credentials include a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in East Asian Languages and Civilizations from Columbia University.
