Raphaël Durand

Raphaël Durand is currently a Counsel at Ropes & Gray, where they advise financial sponsors and corporate clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, particularly in private capital transactions. With extensive experience in leveraged buyouts and diverse industries such as TMT, healthcare, infrastructure, and retail, clients rely on Raphaël for strategic counsel on a wide range of transactional matters. Prior to this role, Raphaël served as Counsel at Clifford Chance and gained valuable experience through internships at several prestigious law firms. They have been recognized as a "Rising Star" for Private Equity and M&A in France by the International Financial Law Review. Raphaël holds multiple degrees from esteemed institutions, including a Master's degree from the Université Panthéon Sorbonne.
