Sergey Polak

Sergey Polak has a diverse work experience in the field of technology innovation. Sergey started their career at Fish & Neave in 1997, where they worked as a Senior Programmer/Systems Integrator. In this role, they administered multi-tiered systems and was responsible for integrating new systems into the firm. Sergey also gained experience in building desktop images.

In 2005, Sergey joined Ropes & Gray LLP as a Senior Manager of Enterprise Systems. Sergey held this position until 2019 when they were promoted to Director of Enterprise Applications. In this role, they played a crucial role in managing the firm's enterprise applications.

Currently, Sergey Polak holds the position of Director of Technology Innovation at Ropes & Gray LLP. Sergey is responsible for orchestrating the convergence of law and technology to provide transformative legal solutions. Sergey leverages emerging and established technologies to enhance the practice of law and the business of law at the firm. Sergey is committed to driving the firm's technological evolution to meet and exceed the demands of the modern legal landscape.
