Tom Fraser is a partner at Ropes & Gray LLP, where they represent public and private companies and their investors in securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic transactions. In addition, Tom regularly advises clients on securities law compliance, disclosure, and corporate governance matters. Previously, Tom interned at the Securities and Exchange Commission in 2009.
