Michael Moore

Michael Moore is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in kitchen operations and food preparation. Currently serving as a Line Cook at RopeSwing Group since August 2019, Michael has previously held the position of Sous Chef at both Mikey's Wild Ride LLC and Bocca Italian Eatery. Michael's career in the culinary field began with the role of Production Cook at Windows Catering Company, followed by a return to RopeSwing Group as a Line Cook. Michael holds a Diploma in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Art Institutes, earned between 2014 and 2015.
