Project Management

The Project Management team at Ropstam Solutions Inc. is responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of software development projects. This team, comprising Project Coordinators, a Project Manager, and a Senior Project Coordinator, ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while facilitating effective communication between clients and development teams across our Canadian, Pakistani, and Indian operations.
