Paul Darby

Paul Darby is a seasoned professional in quality engineering and testing management, currently serving as a Founding Signatory at The Quality Engineering Charter since May 2024 and as a Delivery Lead at Roq since June 2021. With a strong focus on client satisfaction, Paul ensures the delivery of exceptional quality engineering services while managing team empowerment. Prior to these roles, Paul held significant positions including Senior Quality Engineering Manager at Roq, Senior Test Manager at Intellect Design Arena Ltd, and Quality Manager at K3 Retail. Paul has extensive experience in leading test functions and building quality management systems across various industries, including public safety, defense, and technology, starting from a Test Manager role at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems. Paul holds an NVQ in Business and Information Technology from the Isle of Wight College of Arts and Technology.
