Richard Goold

Richard Goold is a growth advisor with over £250 million in successful exits, currently serving as a board advisor for RQC Group and Roq, focusing on sustainable scaling and culture preservation for consulting firms. With past roles including Managing Partner at Moorhouse, where they led through a management buyout, and a frontline Met Police officer, Richard combines real-world experience with strategic insights. They have also held leadership positions at KPMG and YLD, and completed multiple executive education programs, including at MIT Sloan and Stanford. Presently, Richard continues their education in Business Studies at London South Bank University.
