Lance LaBonte is an experienced professional in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Refinery Team Leader at Roquette America Inc. since September 2009. In this role, Lance manages production activities to ensure safety, compliance, and quality, while also providing technical troubleshooting across multiple processes. Additionally, as an Engineering Associate Specialist, Lance has been involved in plant-wide project management, including design and construction phases, while producing AutoCAD drawings and P&IDs. Since October 2018, Lance has also been a co-owner of Warsaw Caviar, LLC. Earlier experience includes a packaging internship at Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, where Lance assisted with packaging design development and testing.
