Léo Ducrot

Léo Ducrot has extensive work experience in supply chain management and planning. Léo is currently the Head of Europe Supply Planning at Roquette since November 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager (Supply chain) at Wavestone from September 2021 to December 2023. Before joining Roquette and Wavestone, Léo worked at OMP, starting as a supply chain consultant in July 2011, then progressing to roles such as Senior Supply Chain Consultant, Supply Chain Planning Solution Architect, and Advisory Manager - Inventory management functional manager. Léo played a key role in starting up the business advisory activity at OMP and was responsible for analysis, training, and project management. Léo also gained experience as a logistical engineer at Oberthur Card Systems, where they managed purchasing for subcontracted products and worked on process optimization. Additionally, Léo had an internship as a Global logistic process engineer at Procter & Gamble and has supported production planning tool development at Cartonnerie de Gondardennes. Léo Ducrot obtained a Master of Applied Science degree in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2019. Prior to that, they received a Titre Ingénieur degree in Ingénieur Généraliste from Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers in 2010 and a Master 2 degree in Industrial Management from KU Leuven in 2009. Léo also has additional certifications in various supply chain management and finance topics from institutions such as Harvard Business School Online and MITx on edX.
