Mathias Ibert

Mathias Ibert has over two decades of experience in R&D within the food industry. They served in various roles at Roquette from 2003 to the present, including Head of Biotechnology and Process Development, where they lead the team's efforts in biotechnology and the development of new processes. Mathias previously held positions such as Responsable Département Chimie Des Sucres Et Polyols and Ingénieur R&D, overseeing project management and product development. They earned an engineering degree in Organic Chemistry, followed by a Research Doctorate from INSA de Rouen.
