Mathieu Allart

Mathieu Allart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in indirect purchasing management and procurement excellence. Currently serving as Head of Purchasing Excellence at Roquette since February 2019, Mathieu has held various roles including Purchasing Excellence Manager and Indirect Purchasing Manager. Prior experience includes founding and consulting at Pepper Buy from May 2015 to September 2020, focusing on local supplier sourcing. Earlier roles include Indirect Purchasing Manager at IDgroup, where key responsibilities involved structuring indirect purchasing and team management, as well as similar roles at Redcats and La Redoute, involving negotiations and supplier agreements. Mathieu holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from ISEFAC and a DUT in Accounting and Human Resources from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
