Head Of Customer Care - Greater Asia at Roquette

Sharon Sim has a strong background in customer care and customer experience management. Sharon began their career in 2002 at Panasonic, where they held a customer service role for seven years. In 2010, they joined Life Technologies as a manager of customer care in Singapore, and later took on a leadership role as the manager of customer care for Southeast Asia and Korea. In 2014, they moved to Thermo Fisher Scientific Singapore, initially working as a manager of customer care for Southeast Asia, Korea, and Taiwan, and subsequently taking on roles as the manager of customer care for Southeast Asia and Taiwan, manager of customer experience and customer care for Southeast Asia and Taiwan, and finally as the associate director of commercial excellence for Life Sciences Southeast Asia TW and Laboratory Products APAC. Most recently, they joined Roquette as the head of customer care for Greater Asia in 2019.

Sharon Sim completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Wales, Cardiff, from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "20 Habits of Executive Leadership" and "Succession Planning" from LinkedIn in 2022.
