Solène Bock is currently the Responsable du département des solutions avancées R&D at Roquette, where they manage a team of engineers and technicians and oversee research projects focused on sustainable synthesis methods for sugars, polyols, and modified polymers in pharmaceutical and cosmetic applications. Previously, Solène gained valuable experience as an R&D Engineer, developing and implementing modified starch products, and had internships in formulation engineering and organic chemistry at the Centre de recherche et développement sur les aliments and the University of St Andrews. Solène holds an engineering degree in chemistry from École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Lille.
