Michael Doubrava

Michael Doubrava has a strong background in technology and engineering, with extensive experience in leadership roles. Michael is currently the Chief Technology Officer at ROR Partners, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Epsilon for over 12 years, where they held various senior leadership positions. Their roles included Senior Vice President of Engineering - Data, Senior Vice President of Engineering - Strategic Partnerships, and Vice President of Technology, Digital Media Solutions. At Epsilon, Michael was responsible for driving innovation, leading teams of engineers, and developing strategies for business growth. Before Epsilon, they worked at DataLogix, Inc. as an Online Solutions Architect, where they were responsible for building development teams and implementing digital solutions. Earlier in their career, Michael worked at DoubleClick, Seurat, Summit Marketing, MatchLogic (an Excite@Home company), DataInsight, and Hughes Space Systems, where they held various technical and architecture roles. Overall, Michael has a wide range of experience in technology leadership and has consistently driven innovation and growth throughout their career.

Michael Doubrava attended New Mexico State University from 1989 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
