Gregory Eldin

Gregory Eldin is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in restaurant and hotel management. Currently serving as Cluster Manager and General Manager at Rosa's Thai since December 2021, Gregory previously held significant roles at The Wesley Euston Hotel & Conference Venue as Food and Beverage Manager and Restaurant and Bar Manager from September 2019 to November 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure at Bill's Restaurants as AGM bench, and at Omnino Steak House as Restaurant General Manager. In 2017, Gregory was the Opening General Manager at The Gate, following a period as Restaurant Manager at Brasserie Joel, recognized as a 2 AA rosette French restaurant, where Gregory worked from March 2014 to January 2017.
