Dmitry Kurtov

Dmitry Kurtov serves as the Center of Data Governance Excellence Director at the State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" since June 2022, following a role as Head of Data Architecture - Data Governance at Gazprom Neft from December 2019 to May 2022, where responsibilities included the implementation and development of methodologies, business processes, and Data Management tools. Dmitry possesses expertise in key knowledge areas such as Reference and Master Data, Data Warehousing, Data Architecture, and Data Security, with significant project experience, including the Corporate Data Platform implementation at Gazprom Neft. Prior roles include Director of IT Programs at Rostelecom and Head of Data Technology Department at Bank Otkritie Financial Corporation, among others, with early career experience at Centerra Gold Inc. spanning various positions in data warehousing and administration. Dmitry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Automation of Technical Systems from Technical University.
