Mikhail Baryshnikov is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of spent nuclear fuel (SNF) management. Currently serving as Head of Department at TENEX since March 2014 and as Head of Project Office at the State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" since May 2012, Mikhail focuses on creating the overall system of SNF management in Russia. Previous roles include Project Manager at R&D Company "SOSNY" from June 2007 to May 2012, where Mikhail managed various projects related to SNF handling, and Head of Laboratory at the Russian Research Center "Kurchatov Institute" from February 1997 to June 2007, where Mikhail conducted research on spent nuclear fuel. Mikhail holds a Master's degree in Radiation Physics from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI, earned between September 1992 and February 1997.
