Alexander M. Fuller

Alexander M. Fuller is the Founder & Managing Partner at Rosc, a family office turned venture capital fund focused on early-stage, multi-sectoral, and global investments. They are Principal at Balcony Suite Capital Partners, an interim SPV that warehouses ventures for Rosc Fund I, with 15 investments across six geographies and seven-plus verticals. They previously served on the Investment Committee for the Rosc Family Office (2019–2023), overseeing over $100 million deployed through Rosc-led SPVs into thirty-plus ventures. Earlier in their career, they served as Project Director for the General Joseph Stilwell Foundation’s Mumbai Events Project (2010–2013), and worked in SUN Group’s Mineral Resources private equity team (2007) and ECI Telecom’s Business Intelligence Unit (2008). They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Government from Harvard University (2006–2010).
