Michael Polan

Michael Polan is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the National Sales Manager for Commercial Bus & Public Safety at Rosco Vision since March 2023, Polan focuses on enhancing visual safety and collision avoidance technologies for commercial vehicles. Previously, as Senior Director of Architectural Solutions at Lencore Acoustics LLC from 2005 to January 2023, Polan drove growth in sound masking and paging solutions through strategic marketing and business development initiatives. Polan also held roles as Director of Customer Experience and Director of Sales & Training at Lencore, where leadership and training contributed to significant sales growth. Earlier career experience includes serving as Territory Sales Manager at Toyota Lift of New York, achieving notable revenue milestones.
