Michael Ciano possesses extensive experience in the energy sector, having worked in various roles at prominent companies. At Hess Corporation, Michael participated in the inaugural Global Professional Development Program, which included a diverse group of employees from multiple business units. Prior to that, at Hartree Partners, Michael served as a Physical Settlement Analyst, where responsibilities included training analysts, analyzing positions, and ensuring accurate trade settlements. Additionally, Michael held positions as a Natural Gas Scheduler and Cash Trader/Scheduler, where duties involved optimizing assets and hedging strategies across multiple regions. Currently, Michael is a Senior Natural Gas Trader at Roscommon Analytics LLC, starting in March 2025.
