Steve Norman

Steve Norman has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Steve started their career as a Senior Project Engineer at Pratt & Whitney, a subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation. Steve then served as the Engineering Manager at Robroy Industries/Electromate Enclosures, designing and manufacturing steel industrial and IT enclosures. Norman later became the Director of Manufacturing Operations - International at Varco Pruden Buildings, a world leader in pre-engineered steel systems construction. Steve also held the position of Adjunct Professor at Christian Brothers University and is currently a Part-Time Instructor at The University of Memphis. Additionally, they are a Partner at Advanced Investments and serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Rose Construction Inc., a construction company offering a diverse array of services.

Steve Norman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida in 1986. Steve went on to complete a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Florida in 1995.
