Rosemary Ostmann

Rosemary Ostmann is the President & CEO of RoseComm. Rosemary has over 25 years of experience in the communications industry, having held senior positions at Havas and Carton Donofrio Partners, Inc.

Rosemary started their career in 1994 as an account executive at TBC. Rosemary then joined Carton Donofrio Partners in 1995 as Vice President and PR Director, overseeing the public relations division. In 2000, they moved to Havas (formerly Euro RSCG Middleberg) as Director, running the Technology and Consumer practice areas.

At RoseComm, Rosemary is responsible for leading the company’s strategy and operations. Under their leadership, RoseComm has become a leading communications firm, serving clients in a variety of industries.

Rosemary Ostmann has a B.A. in Journalism from University of Maryland and also attended Paint Branch High School and University of Maryland Baltimore County.
