Rosella’s Gold Crunch is a premium, small-batch brittle company built on family legacy, craftsmanship, and community.

Inspired by a treasured family recipe and named in honor of Rosella, the matriarch who first shared the tradition, Rosella’s Gold Crunch was founded to elevate classic brittle into a modern, thoughtfully crafted confection.

Every batch is slow-cooked and hand-poured using high-quality ingredients to achieve our signature golden color and perfect snap. What began as a family recipe has grown into a brand rooted in purpose: honoring tradition while sharing a piece of our history with others.

Today, Rosella’s Gold Crunch is proudly women-owned and veteran-owned, blending heritage with a lifestyle-forward brand that celebrates connection, gifting, and moments worth sharing.

Our mission is simple:
To honor legacy, craft exceptional brittle, and bring people together through something sweet.

From farmers markets and specialty events to curated gift boxes and retail partnerships, Rosella’s Gold Crunch continues to grow while staying true to its roots — one golden batch at a time.

Brittle Made Brilliant.
