Nick, the founder, and executive chef at Rosemarie's brings over 15 years of culinary expertise to the table. His journey began after serving in the Army and earning a Bachelor of Science degree. Fueling his passion for cooking, Nick honed his skills through extensive training in Asia and by managing diverse restaurants.

In 2018, Nick pioneered a successful culinary concept, navigating through challenging times by offering catering, pop-up, and farmers-market operations during Covid closures. Expanding operations to Arizona, he collaborated with popular bars, attracting attention from esteemed publications. This paved the way for the inception of Rosemarie's—a thriving mobile kitchen in San Diego, lauded by local media.

Now, with an exceptionally skilled team, Nick has ventured into the brick-and-mortar domain with Rosemarie's Burgers in Mission Beach, San Diego. Here, he fosters a vibrant, family-oriented atmosphere for savoring his exceptional slider creations.

Since its opening in June 2023, Nick and Rosemarie's Burgers have garnered multiple accolades, including Yelp’s People Love Us Award 2023, the Restaurant Guru 2023 Recommendation, and San Diego Mag's recognition as one of the Top 2023 Best New Restaurants in San Diego, and Yelp Top 100 U.S. Restaurants Award.
